A new bid was received for the North School property. It is for $700,000 by a local builder, Collins. The North School will not be demolished. Collins will build condos. Collins will build 3 single family homes in front of the North School. This is exactly in line with the neighborhood and it matches the criteria expressed in the RFP. Support this Bid.
